I had Ellie as my estate agent and she was absolutely amazing, really supportive and helped us so much on our journey of renting our first property, and had answered every query we had and still checks in on us now!! Absolutely brilliant, and Jamie also along side ellie was fantastic in helping us, all done so quickly and Easily. Couldn’t be more grateful for such a support team of people!

After having a few viewings with other letting agents that we were left to look around and not really told much, it was a real breath of fresh air when greeted by Joe at our viewing with haart. He told us exactly where to park, he let us in and was happy for us to wait inside out of the cold whilst he finished up with the previous viewing. Once Finished, Joe turned his full attention to us, He was so friendly and willing to help, he answered all questions we had with no issues (as I ask a lot of them haha). He also took time to ask about us, where we where from, even down to just chatting about ourselves which I find was a lovely personal touch. Joe Explained straight away the next steps and got us our holding deposit on our property that afternoon. I cannot fault Joe and Ellie And Carly in the office who had to deal with us calling for directions a few times and have helped us along with the application process. We hope all goes through!
