If you want to do it all yourself these are the people for you. Very poor communication,last minute emails I had to do all the ringing to find were the sale was,how it was going,was told the exchange would take place on a Monday ,they couldn’t even be bothered to let me know it and it took place on the Thursday, absolute disgrace, will never use these ever again.
