Jeremy was a great resource even before we had appointed Footings Direct sharing his knowledge and contacts all through the planning phase. Although I was anxious about a big building project I needn't have been as Jeremy dealt with everything on our behalf and took any stress out of the process. His team were also a pleasure to deal with, they were friendly, polite and efficient in all that they did and we enjoyed catching up with them on site. Everything was completed exactly when they said it would be and to an extremely high standard. The end result is better than we imagined it could be which is only thanks to Jeremy and the team at Footings Direct. We couldn't be happier with Jeremy and his team at Footings Direct. They built a two storey side and rear extension at our home. This was a pretty big undertaking but Jeremy filled us with confidence from the outset. He has a meticulous eye for detail and treated our home as if it were his own. His price was fixed from the outset and he was very clear on what would be included. He took the stress out of the whole process and dealt with any problems that arose efficiently. This meant we were able to enjoy the whole process whilst Jeremy dealt with every aspect of suppliers, tradesmen and building control. His team are incerdibly hard workers but are also polite, respectful and reliable. Our project was quite substantial which meant we had to move out for a time, however Jeremy kept us updated throughout and we were always well informed of what was going on. After four months of building, the project was finished on time and on budget. It is testament to the high standards of workmanship that after several months of moving back in, we have not come across a single snag. We couldnt recommend Jeremy and the Footings Direct team more highly.
