They/Ella has been so caring and understanding and helped us find our first house with our new born baby, who decided to arrive five weeks early! Ella was so patient and even asked after me when my husband went in with the paperwork. It definitely helped alleviate some stress! Very helpful and friendly service. Any issues that need dealing with regarding my property are done quickly and efficiently. When finding new tenants I have always been kept informed regarding viewings and possible interest etc. I am very happy to recommend Belhus properties based on how they have treated and looked after me over the last few years.
Belhus look after our flat in Colchester. They visit regularly to check its condition, and respond quickly to any requests from the tenant. If repairs or maintenance are required they find tradespeople very quickly and can even undertake some work themselves. On more than one occasion they have negotiated, on our behalf, with other organisations connected with the building. We have employed their services since 2008. Despite a number of different tenants over this time, they have been highly effective in finding new tenants, and I don’t think there has been a single week without a tenant. The staff are helpful, friendly, and really care about clients and tenants.
We have worked with Katy on a few occasions now and we have nothing but positive words to say about her and her lovely team. It isn’t always an easy experience selling a property but Katy and her team really go the extra mile to ensure the process is as smooth as possible.
