Beresfords gave me fantastic, repeat, service on letting my flat, they provided me with excellent advice on how best to present my flat in the current market and what I could expect as an income. They marketed my property excellently and immediately had viewings, I was kept fully informed of what was happening throughout the process and was givena choice of 3 possible tenants and I was given enough information for me to make an informed decision on who I wanted to rent my property out to.
