Can’t recommend these guys enough! We originally listed our property with a well known chain estate agents, their communication was awful and weeks would pass without any progression on the sale at all, resulting in our buyer pulling out as it was all taking too long. The house we were buying was marketed by Elliot Branch at Harris and Wood, it was him that convinced us to sell ours too with him, which we did and it was the best decision we could have made! A lovely photographer took some amazing photos and the property was sold within 3 days, despite the original estate agent having had it on the market for weeks prior and having had no interest. Our sale and purchase was a complicated one, made more difficult with a very tight deadline before our mortgage offer ran out, which left very little time for it all to go through but thanks to Amy (or should I say miracle worker!) it all went through in time and we got to keep our good mortgage rate. Safe to say she went above and beyond. I can’t thank Amy and Elliot enough for what they did for us, and for how patient they were with my partner who must have spoken to them at least 3 times a day at least towards the end???? Anyone thinking of using this company… do it! I know we will when we decide to move again. Everyone you speak to is lovely and willing to help, their communication is second to none. Harvey conducted our appraisal with professionalism and made sure we were fully informed about the service that they would provide. James has taken some wonderful photos of our house, that we feel really capture it's best features and what it could offer to a future purchaser. I really cannot recommend Harris and Wood highly enough, I've just sold a property in order to purchase a new build house and the service has been absolutely fantastic throughout. From the initial meeting with Paul at the start of the process, to the invaluable assistance provided by Amy in overcoming a few legal /deadline issues in the later stages, all the staff have incredibly helpful, positive, and are so friendly towards their customers, nothing is too much trouble for them. Please do consider Harris and Wood when looking for a property agency, I would have no hesitation in using their services again and this company would be top of my list!

We have just gone on the market with Harris and Wood and have been nothing but impressed since the first point of contact. James (our now favourite photographer ever) was absolutely brilliant, he made me feel at ease instantly, he was so unbelievably good with our very excitable pup Teddy, and even took the time to take some professional photos of him, which we will be getting printed and framed! Although it’s very early days for us with Harris and Wood we already have viewings lined up and feel very confident that we will get the price we need, given then fantastic marketing and stunning photos.
