Buying our home through Knight West was from start to finish a great experience. The level of service was much higher than I have experienced in the past. From the first viewing to completion Knight West were there to help every step of the way. Sammy in particular who works on sales progression was amazing, she was always on hand to help, was extremely responsive and kept all parties updated. She was even able to speed things up for both exchange and completion by keeping in regular contact with myself and the seller and passing information between the two parties. Would highlight recommend and if we do decide to sell in the future will be using Knight West.

Well, what can I say about Knight West… From the off, the politeness and professionalism from Matt carrying out the initial viewing, quote and photos was faultless. The Sales side was lead by Lewis, again, very professional and always in contact. Sammy led the way post sales, and works exceptionally hard to ensure their client and the rest of the chain is up to speed and content, all the way up to exchange. I would highly recommend Knight West to anyone that asks about a good Agent… incredible service and they go above and beyond for their Clients.

Excellent buying and selling process from start to finish. Not an easy ride (we lost 2 of our buyers) but Knight West pulled out the stops to find us new buyers and keep the sale moving forwards as quickly as possible. All the team have been very professional especially while conducting viewings but the top selling point for us is how quickly they answer the phone! (Lewis I don't know how you are so quick) Sometimes before I even heard it ring our end. All in all they found (and kept us) our dream home and we are so grateful. Big thanks to all the team, you all had a part to play in our long old journey but special thanks to Matthew and Sammy for sheer perseverance.
