Heather is an exceptional host. My daughter was relocating to Cheshunt for work. Heather accommodated our earlier than expected arrival without hesitation. Heather brought us on a tour of the town showing my daughter her new workplace and where she would be residing, which was above and beyond her role . The accomodation is within walking distance of train station and centre of town. Room was lovely, clean & we had a lovely private patio. Would definitely go back and highly recommend Heathers.
First time staying here. Actually booked this place by mistake as I asked my colleague to book me a hotel for my business trip and without checking properly he booked me a room at Heather's Lodge. I arrived very late after my business trip, around 10pm, but I kept Heather informed that I will be coming late. She had no problem with it whatsoever, welcomed me with a smile and a chat when I rang the bell. Didn't ask me for any documentation or anything, just took me to the house, showed me my room and the rest of the place and left me be. Found some fresh milk and cereal in the fridge and cupboard and also some coffee. Very clean place and feels safe here. All rooms has its own key. Will be staying here again for sure, mostly because of Heather's welcoming. Thank you very much.
Great place and a great welcome from Heather. The bed was extremely comfortable and had an excellent night’s sleep. Spotlessly clean home that had all the latest precautions for Covid avoidance. Highly recommend Heather’s Lodge - 2 mins off the A10 & 5mins from M25
My husband and I stayed at Heather's lodge in the annex over Easter which was very comfortable with every thing you needed. It was very clean with a good size shower plenty of hot water, also there was plenty of tea coffee milk and cereal, even a microwave . The court yard garden was pleasant to sit in as the evenings were warm . But best of all was the host Heather such a lovely lady so friendly and welcoming . We are looking forward to going back to stay very soon.
