I recently brought an Audi A4 from this company and I have to say the service was impeccable. I dealt with Joe throughout and he was Informative , knowledgeable and very helpful. My car was delivered promptly at a convenient time to me and the whole process was so easy. I’m not local so requested a video tour prior. When the car arrived it was immaculate inside and out. I popped in to MSS yesterday to have a look at a Q5 I was interested in. I told Joe it was not the model I was looking for, but he arranged a test drive the next day anyway, so I could get a feel for the size. Brilliant customer service that puts many main dealers to shame - especially given I wasn’t buying that particular car. Joe is very knowledgable and happy to discuss the pros and cons of the cars in stock. MSS have an extensive selection of mainly German cars at sensible price points. Highly recommend.
Max couldn’t have been more helpful with the purchase of my car. He did everything he could do make the transaction as easy as possible and even arranged to have it delivered to Dunfermline, just North of Edinburgh ???? We have always purchased cars from a main dealer or locally so was a little unsure when looking further afield and from an unknown dealer, however we had no reason to worry and neither should anyone else looking to buy a car with MSS.
